DUE TO HYGIENE PURPOSES AND A NEBULISER BEING A MEDICAL DEVICE ONCE THE PACKAGING IS OPENED AND/OR THE SECURITY SEAL IS COMPROMISED, OR THE DEVICE IS USED, WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS.
THE DEVICE COMES WITH A 90 DAY WARRANTY FOR MANUFACTURING FAULTS AND DEFECTS ONLY. If you believe that you have a manufacturing fault or your item has been damaged in transit, please make contact immediately and where appropriate, provide supporting images/video to help us deal with the query as efficiently as possible, and if applicable, get a replacement out to you ASAP.
If a replacement part/device is required under warranty, a new part/device will be sent out. In some cases you may be required to send the faulty part/device back to us before a new item is shipped. When returning an item for warranty purposes, you are solely responsible for the costs associated with returning the item safely to us, and we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit; so please ensure that you use the appropriate service to track and/or insure your item for such an incident.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
AFTER THE 90 DAY WARRANTY: We are here for you after this period has lapsed. Don't worry! If you have an issue with your device, please do make contact. We will do whatever we can to assist.
We will assess each case individually by asking specific questions relating to your issue, and we'll do whatever we can to troubleshoot and get you up and running again as quickly as possible. BUT, ONLY if you have maintained your device appropriately and provided us with the information requested within the timeframe stated.
Please be patient and answer all questions asked of you honestly and accurately. We're a very small team and we want to help, but we also will not tolerate abusive/aggressive messages or behaviour - being nice generally works in your favour ;)
In some cases, you may be required to send your device back to us for testing/assessment before a solution is offered.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ONCE THE PACKAGE IS OPENED AND THE SECURITY SEAL IS BROKEN. To be eligible for a full refund, you must firstly make contact notifying us of your return and reasons. Your item must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it within 30 days of your transaction date.
You MUST include a printed copy of your receipt and your contact details including name, email and phone number. Once the device is received, and assuming it meets the requirements stated above, we will aim to process a refund within 10 working days.
You are solely responsible for the costs associated with returning the item safely to us, and we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit; so please ensure that you use the appropriate service to track and/or insure your item for such an incident. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Like all portable nebulisers, the compact battery is a necessary trade-off for its size and portability, and it will require more frequent charges the more frequently it is used. Our device nebulises at a higher rate and produces smaller particles than most other leading devices, which requires more battery power for each use.
Battery Charge Time: Typically 1.5-2hrs to fully charge via USB.
Battery Operating Time: Typically lasts for 50 minutes of continuous operation on a full charge. Based on the 10-minute automatic shut-off cycle, a full charge provides roughly 5 sessions. Based a 2.5ml saline dose, a full charge provides roughly 6-7 sessions.
Battery Life Span: The battery capacity is designed to remain above 80% of its initial capacity after 3000 cycles of use.
Low-battery indicator: 5 Flashes.
It is recommended to charge the device at least once per month if it is not used regularly to retain optimal battery health and operation.
Self cleaning devices, DO NOT EXIST, even though many other brands promote this. You MUST clean your device after each use to maintain optimal operation and health of the nebuliser module/mesh and battery. Failure to do so, will result in your device under performing and ultimately breaking down.
After each use: Wipe the device with a non-abrasive, non-scented and bleach-free antibacterial wipe. Detach and rinse the mask or mouthpiece under warm water and leave to air dry. Detach and carefully rinse the medication reservoir with warm water to remove saline residue, being sure to avoid exposing the brass pins to water. Then, fill the reservoir with warm water, reattach the reservoir and operate the device for 1 min to clear the mesh of any remaining saline residue. Empty the reservoir, detach it and leave to air dry before storing away.
- DO NOT LEAVE SALINE SOLUTION IN THE DEVICE AFTER USE AND WHEN STORING AWAY.
- DO NOT STORE THE DEVICE AWAY WITHOUT CLEANING AND DRYING.
- DO NOT TOUCH OR WIPE THE NEBULISER MESH AT ANYTIME.
- DO NOT EXPOSE THE DEVICE BODY TO OR SUBMERGE IT IN WATER.
- DO NOT STORE THE DEVICE AWAY UNTIL THE RESERVOIR AND ACCESSORIES HAVE DRIED COMPLETELY.
- NEVER USE CLEANING CHEMICALS ON OR IN THE DEVICE.
The medication cup/nebuliser module will naturally deteriorate with use. The more frequently it is used, the quicker it will deteriorate. Cleaning your device properly will extend its life span in most cases, and keep it working optimally for longer. When maintained correctly and with moderate use, it should remain optimal for 12 months before it starts to gradually deteriorate and may need replacing.
